| pp通风管道采用的是先进的树脂材料制作而成的，在生产的时候，还会加上一些配料，经常会遇到加入母料或其他填充改性剂的情况。种是在线分散单螺杆挤出，采用的是单螺杆挤出机，为增强对熔体的均化和分散作用。一是螺杆上要配置有效的剪切和混炼元件；二是挤出机要配置带有定子和转子的高效动态混炼器。这种方式，可以解决PP通风管材熔体中母料(如色母料)和液体添加剂的分散和均化问题。 PP ventilation duct is made of advanced resin material. In production, some ingredients will be added, and the situation of adding masterbatch or other filling modifier is often encountered. One is on-line dispersed single screw extrusion, which uses a single screw extruder to enhance the homogenization and dispersion of melt. Firstly, the screw should be equipped with effective shear and mixing elements; secondly, the extruder should be equipped with high-efficiency dynamic mixer with stator and rotor. This method can solve the dispersion and homogenization of masterbatch (such as color masterbatch) and liquid additive in PP ventilation pipe melt. |
