One is on-line dispersed single screw extrusion, which uses a single screw extruder to enhance the homogenization and dispersion of melt. Firstly, the screw should be equipped with effective shear and mixing elements; secondly, the extruder should be equipped with high-efficiency dynamic mixer with stator and rotor. This method can solve the dispersion and homogenization of masterbatch (such as color masterbatch) and liquid additive in PP ventilation pipe melt.
