通风管道的清洗过程主要包括：设备检修，清洗风管以及进出风口。检查通风管道的连接是否可靠；检查阀门是否渗漏；分段清洗通风管道；清洗风机及进出风口。在风管的清洗过程中，严禁操作人员进入风管内部进行清理工作，应采用专业的清洗设备，将管道内部可视污染物有效的输送到指定的装置中。风管的清理应分段分区分时进行。清洗工作完成之后，将拆卸的风口重新安装，注意管道的连接性，调整好出风量；最后要检查设备的质量，通风管道的整体连接性，保证管道的正常工作
